An Occupational Driver's License, also known as an Essential Needs Driver's License, allows a driver to drive a personal vehicle to and from work and for essential household needs.

A person can have up to two Occupational Driver's Licenses in a ten year period. An Occupational Driver's License is valid for up to two years.
